Senior Vice President, Human Resources
As USF’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Randy leverages his legal, human resources, and strategic leadership experience in both the private and public sector to provide support to groups and practices, enabling them to focus on what they do best—providing quality medical services to their patients. Randy’s 14 years of private practice law, which focused on labor and employment law for various employers, including physician groups, earned him equity partner status. Most recently, Randy led the human resource operations, risk management, compliance, and privacy detail for a large dental support organization that provides non-clinical services to 300+ dental practices in 40 states. At USF, Randy facilitates effective and efficient human resource operations, physician recruitment, and payroll and benefits administration across the network. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami and a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University.
