Jo Ann brings over 25 years of revenue cycle and practice management experience to her role as Executive Vice President of Revenue Cycle at US Fertility. Jo Ann identifies best practices and utilizes advanced technology to support the revenue cycle team in achieving improved collections and patient satisfaction.  Prior to joining US Fertility, Jo Ann served in progressive leadership roles at Penn Medicine as Managing Director of AR Operations for the Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania and as Administrative Director/Chief Administrative Officer of Penn Fertility Care and the Reproductive Surgery Center, with INOVA Health System as Senior Director of Professional Revenue Cycle, and at Inception Fertility, as Regional COO Gulf Coast.  Jo Ann earned her degree in Business Administration from Mercer County Community College, completed CRCE certification (Certified Revenue Cycle Executive) from AAHAM, and is a candidate for ACMPE Board certification (American College of Medical Practice Executives) through MGMA.
