As US Fertility’s Vice President, Corporate Business Development, Adam brings more than a decade of experience in mergers, acquisitions, financial and operational diligence, and financial engineering. He comes to US Fertility from Radiology Partners, the largest physician-led and owned radiology practice in the U.S. with more than 2,500 physicians serving 2,900 sites in 35 states, where he served as Director of M&A and Business Development. In this role, he was responsible for leading and executing corporate and business development activities including opportunity investments in new physician practice partnerships, joint ventures, de novo imaging centers, teleradiology and radiology supported software technologies.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and Master of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University.
