As IVF Florida Reproductive Associate’s Executive Director, Rick Windham leverages his healthcare, business, and physician practice management expertise to lead one of South Florida’s largest fertility practices. With nearly 30 years of experience, Rick has held top-ranking leadership roles in both independent and hospital-owned physician practices, managing day-to-day operations and articulating the strategy for an array of healthcare specialties. Before joining US Fertility, Rick served as the director for several pediatric specialty practices at Seton Healthcare System in Austin, Texas. Before that, he served as the administrator for a large OB/GYN practice. During his 16+ year tenure there, he spearheaded a strategic and operational merger, forming Central Texas OB/GYN Associates, and was appointed the role of chief operating officer. He completed the Master of Business Administration program at Southern Methodist and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. He is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association and has earned the professional designation of Certified Medical Practice Executive.
