As Regional Executive Director of Shady Grove Fertility Colorado and Tampa, Marc uses his 30+ years of strategic and operational leadership success in the fertility market to provide operational support and logistics management. In his dual role as Senior Director, Integration for SGF’s de novo and integration growth plans, Marc’s role encompasses operations, start-ups, facility buildouts, integrations, financial stewardship, new business development, physician recruitment, and personnel management. Marc has particular insight into laboratory operations, having worked as an embryologist for the better part of his career. During his tenure at SGF, he has executed on SGF growth plans in four major metropolitan markets including Philadelphia, Tampa, Manhattan, and Colorado, and led the integration of SGF Richmond into the SGF network. Marc earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology with a minor in Biology from the University of Delaware. He earned his Master’s degree in Health Administration from Widener University.
