Prior to joining Amulet, Mr. Zimmerman served as interim Chief Operating Officer for Children’s Choice Pediatric Dental Care, a leading dental support organization in California and a portfolio company of Amulet. Prior to Children’s Choice, Mr. Zimmerman served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Principium Health, an in-home complex care management company serving high-risk Medicare Advantage beneficiaries under value-based reimbursement arrangements. Mr. Zimmerman co-founded Principium Health as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CenseoHealth (n/k/a Signify Health), the nation’s leading provider of in-home health risk assessments to managed care plan members, where he served as Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to his operating roles in healthcare services, Mr. Zimmerman was a Vice President at Health Evolution Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on growth equity and buyout investments in the healthcare industry. He also served as an investment associate at Behrman Capital, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on investments in healthcare services. Mr. Zimmerman began his career in the technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Zimmerman graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business.
