As SGF Houston’s Regional Executive Director, Tess brings over 20 years of management experience in administration, practice management, organizational structure, managed care, human resources, marketing, business development, and fiscal management. Currently, she provides leadership, strategic direction, and focus on attaining operational efficiency and revenue growth. Since 2010, Tess continues to collaborate with physicians, clinical, and administrative teams to enhance and improve practice workflow, clinical processes, systems implementation, organizational efficiency, with special emphasis on patient advocacy. Tess has played a lead role in the successful launches of new practice locations.

Tess received her Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. She earned her MBA from Columbia Southern University with a concentration in healthcare management.
