Sheldon Josephs joined IntegraMed America, a leading infertility management company, and was assigned to Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area Medical Group as its Executive Director in 2009 where he remains today. He has over 40 years of healthcare administrative experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. After completing his master’s degree from Arizona State University in hospital administration he worked in several large academic tertiary care medical centers in New York, Ohio, and California in middle and senior management operations positions. For the past 28 years he has concentrated on managing and leading physician-owned organizations. He has led practices in many specialties including all primary care and medicine specialties. Sheldon Josephs brings to our leadership team a strong background in operations, finance, and practice development. Prior to joining US Fertility he served as Executive Director for an oncology practice in northern California affiliated with US Oncology, the nation’s largest oncology practice management company. He has earned the distinction of Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a long-time member in the Medical Group Management Association.
