As SGF Tampa Bay’s Reginal Executive Director, Frank brings more than 14 years of fertility care experience and has overseen the care of more than 12,000 patients while directing the activities of more than 20 provider and over eighty staff members across multiple locations. Frank’s focus on hiring, training, and mentoring a dynamic workforce has led to exceptional employee retention, patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and profitability.

Previously, Frank served as the Executive Director at Reproductive Science Center of New Jersey, Fertility Specialist of Texas, and IVF New Jersey. Frank’s portfolio of experience comprises of serving as the COO at CATS Technology Solution Group, Associate Director at MERCK (Schering Plough Corporation), and VP of Global Services at Morgan Stanley Corporation in New York. Frank completed his formal training at New Jersey City University with a focus in Business Administration and Organizational Management.
