As SGF’s Executive Director of the Pennsylvania region, Christina leverages her strategic and operational leadership experience to integrate and align the strategic direction of the Pennsylvania and surrounding regional market. Christina has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles spanning over training and development, market development, as well as organizational structure development within medical practices throughout the healthcare continuum. Christina has led the day to day operations of the Pennsylvania business in addition to growth of the practice into new markets. Since starting with SGF, Christina has overseen the expansion of the practice into five new locations (Warrington, Lancaster, Allentown, Mechanicsburg, and Center City Philadelphia). At SGF, Christina facilitates region-wide delivery of efficient services that satisfy business and patient needs, as well as promotes SGF’s mission among all physicians, management, and support teams. Christina specializes in building motivated and innovative teams with a talent for implementing best practice strategies in high-paced environments to effectively grow the region. Christina earned her M.B.A. from Arcadia University and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Scranton.
