As US Fertility’s Vice President of Integration, Kirstin lends her more than 15 years of experience in healthcare administration to US Fertility’s growth and integration efforts, providing a supportive and streamlined path to joining the US Fertility network of clinical practices. Kirstin also focuses on evaluating and implementing organizational efficiencies with the goal of providing enhanced infrastructure and economies of scale to the benefit of partner practices. Prior to joining US Fertility, Kirstin held progressive leadership roles in academic medicine in a variety of subspecialties including Oncology and Anesthesiology. Most recently, Kirstin served as the Executive Administrator for the University of Colorado Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, one of the most prolific departments in the nation with the largest women’s healthcare clinical footprint in the Rocky Mountain region. Kirstin holds Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts in Health Communication degrees from the University of Colorado and serves on several national committees dedicated to optimizing the business of healthcare.
